For Speakers

The biggest stages don't book the best experts.
They book the best storytellers.

You're already speaking. Getting booked. People say you're good. But somewhere between the standing ovation and the follow-up email, you suspect something's missing. The talks land but don't ignite. You're not being rebooked at the level you want.

Maybe you're doing fine as a trainer or workshop leader but want to do much more keynote speaking. It's a big step up onto those stages and the leap from expert speaker to keynote storyteller feels enormous right now. What's the big bold story in you that will take you there? The one that connects everything you've done and points somewhere none of your audiences have seen yet.

I can help you find it.

WITH

Every engagement is different.
Here's how the work typically unfolds.

01

The speaker you already are - and the one you want to become.

We start here. Not with your slides or your structure but with you. Who you are, what you've done, what you believe, how far into originality you can go. Finding the gold you can't see yourself because you're too close to it.

02

Your backstory and the moment everything changed.

Every great speaker has a pivot in their story - the moment that shaped everything that came after. We find yours, and work out what it means to the people in the room.

03

Your big original idea and how it comes alive through people.

Not the theory. The human beings the idea works through. The clients, the colleagues, the moments from your own life where the idea stopped being abstract and became real. This is where your talk stops being a talk and starts being a story.

04

Your cast.

The most distinctive part of the work. We build the characters your audience will instantly recognise - the people who make your ideas live and breathe and feel true. Every great story has a cast. So does every great speech.

05

Your architecture.

Beginning, middle, end. Emotional journey. Where the data earns its place. Where the laughs go. Where you leave yourself somewhere to go.

06

The Rehearsal Room.

When the material is made, we put it on its feet. Same relationship, different mode. Director and actor who know each other well. Pacing, performance, light and shade.

How it works in practice

We start with a free, 30-minute conversation.

Part conversation, part excavation. You'll leave with something useful regardless of whether we go further. And you'll know immediately whether this is the right fit.

From there, work happens either as full or half days in person at my office in Highbury, North London, or as a programme of 90-minute sessions online. How many, how often, and in what combination depends entirely on you and what the work needs.
